Manage personal notification preferences

Roster members can stop, start, or adjust the frequency of their team event reminders.

Manage personal notification preferences (web)

  1. Log in to teamsnap.com.
  2. Click your team name.
  3. Click the Preferences tab.
  4. Team admins only: Click the Notifications tab.
  5. Set notification preferences.
    1. My Personal Game and Event Notifications
      1. Select Team Default, Email, or Don't Email
        1. Selecting Email will display an additional dropdown to select the number of days before games and events that you would like notifications to be sent.
        2. Selecting Don't Email will only turn off your personal game and event reminder emails. Game changes, score updates, and emails sent from team members are not affected by this setting. To stop receiving all team communication emails you can disable your email address.
    2. Mobile Notifications
      1. Select Send or Don't Send.
  6. Settings are saved automatically.

Manage personal notification preferences (mobile)

  1. Open the TeamSnap app on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to the team you'd like to manage notifications for.
  3. Tap the 3-dot (iOS) or hamburger icon (Android) to open the menu.
  4. Tap Notification Preferences.
  5. Tap Schedule Reminders to manage schedule reminder emails. Please note that selecting Off only turns off schedule reminder emails. This setting does not affect notifications sent for game changes, score updates, or emails sent by team members.
    1. Tip: Log into TeamSnap using a web browser to set or change when you want to receive schedule reminder email notifications. The default is 2 days before each game or event.
