Miriam Hinthorn is a PhD student in Security Studies and International Relations and a Walter A. Rosenblith Presidential Fellow. Her research interests include emerging technology, crisis escalation, nuclear strategy and deterrence, and energy security.
Before coming to MIT, Miriam worked as a research specialist at the Brown University Climate Solutions Lab, as well as a Princeton in Asia Fellow. She holds a BA in political science from Brown University, where she graduated magna cum laude
